At BTS ARMY GIFT SHOP, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as the music that inspired them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your apparel or accessories are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our dedicated support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a note with your RA number clearly written inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method and wait 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
